We do not heal the past by dwelling there; we heal the
past by living fully in the present. Notice where you
are dwelling. Are you standing fully upright in your
present moment, falling back to the past or learning
forward to the future?
As Lao Tzu put it; "If you are depressed you are living
in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the
future. If you are at peace you are living
in the present."
