We all have these days so called bad days or bad 

moments at least ;)

but

Don't let a bad day make you feel like you have a 
bad life or that you aren't good enough.

Don't let these bad days define you our your life. 
Be with the feeling and try to accept whatewer you are 
feeling right now .... it will pass. Don't struggle against it 
then it will pass away quicker then if you aren't accepting it.

When we have these so called bad days then we all
 need to give ourselves some extra love and credit 
instead of beeing so hard on ourselves ;)
